Clear terms before the start line. These conditions apply to rider-initiated registration, payment and cancellation for Hard Enduro Slovakia 2027.

YOUR REFUND WINDOW
The fixed refund amounts are €229, €129 and €0. The time the cancellation request reaches the organiser determines which amount applies. All deadlines use Europe/Bratislava time.

TERMS WITHOUT THE SMALL PRINT.
ENTRY & CONFIRMATION
The €259 Pre-Entry Price applies equally to Gold, Silver, Bronze, Veteran and SuperVeteran. A start number is temporarily reserved while Checkout is completed. The entry becomes confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment of the full amount. An incomplete, failed or expired payment does not create a confirmed entry.
SECURE PAYMENT
Payment is completed on Stripe's secure hosted Checkout. The available card, wallet and local payment methods are shown according to the rider's device, country and Stripe eligibility. Payment is charged in EUR. Card details do not enter or remain on this website. A bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or account fees.
RIDER CANCELLATION
The refund schedule above applies when a rider voluntarily withdraws. The entry is personal and may not be transferred, sold or reassigned to another person. A request received after 1 March 2027 is not eligible for a refund. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email info@hard-enduro-slovakia.sk from the address used during registration. Include the rider's full name, class and start number. After verification and approval, the refund is initiated to the original payment method through Stripe. The time until funds appear depends on the payment method, bank and card network.
EVENT CHANGES
The rider-cancellation schedule does not govern cancellation or postponement by the organiser. Such a situation is handled separately under applicable law and the official event regulations. The current rider guide and supplementary regulations remain part of the event documentation.
RECORDED CONSENT
Before payment, the rider must actively accept these terms. The website records the acceptance time and the applicable terms version with the registration and Stripe payment metadata. The version accepted at Checkout is retained with the transaction record.
